Where's my parcel?

Once your parcel has been dispatched, use our tracking page to see the latest carrier updates:

Your order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. A separate shipping confirmation containing your tracking link is sent after the parcel has been dispatched.

Tracking link not showing an update yet?

A new tracking number can take 24–48 hours to show its first carrier scan. This does not necessarily mean that the parcel has stopped moving.

Can't find your shipping confirmation?

Check your spam folder first. If it is not there, email your order number to support@lumaandhome.co.uk and we will help.

Hasn't shipped yet?

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within around 4 business days. Delivery after dispatch typically takes around 10–15 business days. Please allow up to 20 business days from the date the order was placed, and occasionally longer during especially busy periods or carrier delays. We will email your tracking link automatically as soon as it becomes available.
