What is the difference between the four variants?

Two axes: number of tiers (single or double) and number of shelf boards (which controls the base width). How does the expansion work?

How is this different from your 2-Tier Pull-Out Under-Sink Rack?

The pull-out rack is a fixed-width rack on sliding tracks that pulls forward to access the back of the cabinet. This shelf does not slide — it is fixed in place — but its width adjusts to fit the cabinet, and the boards can be rearranged to clear the waste pipe. Different solutions to the same problem: one brings items out, the other adapts around the obstacles.

Does it come assembled?

How much weight can each shelf hold?

The supplier does not separately publish a per-shelf weight rating. As a general guide for under-sink shelves with metal frames and plastic boards of this size, a few kilograms per shelf is well within range — enough for cleaning sprays, a small kettle, bottles and similar — but not for very heavy stacks of crockery.
