Is it really waterproof?

The manufacturer lists "waterproof" as a feature, including a waterproof zipper closure. We still recommend keeping the bag upright if you are carrying anything that might leak, since heavy spills can find a way out.

How long does it keep food cool?

The manufacturer does not specify a guaranteed time. Foil-lined cooler bags generally hold temperature for several hours, depending on outside temperature, ice packs and how often the bag is opened. Adding an ice pack significantly improves the cooling time.

Does it come with ice packs?
