Pricing, Payment and Order Acceptance

All prices displayed on Luma & Home are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated. Prices include all applicable UK VAT and import duties, since our supplier handles delivery on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay, with no additional charges on delivery. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; the price you pay will be the price displayed at the time you complete checkout.

Payment is taken at the time you place your order. We accept the payment methods listed on our Payment Options & Security page. By submitting an order you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that the payment information is accurate.

Your order constitutes an offer to buy the listed products subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to where there is suspected fraud, product unavailability, pricing or product description errors, or where the order cannot be lawfully fulfilled. If we cancel an order for any of these reasons, we will refund any payment you have made for that order in full.

Return and Refund Policy

We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it under the terms set out in our Refund Policy, including the 14-day cooling-off period guaranteed by the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. The Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference.

Delivery and Risk of Loss

Delivery times, methods, and any associated charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once the courier confirms delivery to the address you provided at checkout, responsibility for the parcel transfers to you (the buyer). Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete; we are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users or licensed from third parties), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Luma & Home and its licensors.
